- Excellent product, vision, roadmap and innovation pace - Right timing to join: maturity both in the solution, in the structure despite the rapid growth, in the processes... everything is moving in the right direction - Great package, competitive and transparent - Availability of the engineering and training teams - as Account Executive we are really supported - Mature management: yes, there are metrics to follow and reach, and I am the proof that my full management chain is acting towards having a positive impact for customers and employees and I have experienced no toxic behaviour over the past 2 years that I joined - Many resources available to improve and progress, great onboarding and trainings in place - A real personal / profesionnal balance compared to my previous experiences in other tech companies - each one is responsible and mature
Cons
- For someone that is not agile or does not adapt easily: a hypergrowth company means you will have changes happen and have to accept them - Looks like people who left don't share gratefulness
