      Obviously the tech is market leading and the management team locally and globally are exceptional. But the company actually cares about its team, everyone has a voice, transparency and openness are demonstrated at every turn.

      Cons

      Rapid growth in both revenue and staff numbers means this company is not for the faint hearted.

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Cons

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
