Massive investment by the company on making the customer, you and the company successful. Big focus on teamwork and ensuring the Lakehouse Platform delivers on the vision and the promise. Ali and the whole leadership team are very transparent and open, never experienced this anywhere in the past.
Cons
As a sales person I can't really find a con as working hard at what we do is what the job is about and enjoying the rewards.
