It's the culture that unites all people in the company, great collaboration and engagement, very customer and partner focused, decisions backed by data, the vision of founders and in general amazing and welcoming team.
Cons
I can not think of any major downsides. What is important to take into consideration, start up companies are a very fast paced environment, you have to be ready for it!
