Pros
Databricks has been a great company to at which to work. The company is growing very rapidly, creating lots of opportunities for promotion. And you can't help but learn from your coworkers as they are some of the smartest people in the industry.
Cons
Because Databricks is growing quickly, it's always in a state of managed chaos. Just when you think you've got systems locked down, the game changes as new priorities are set, new product lines launched, and new growth targets are achieved. If you are looking for a place to grow in a high-speed environment, Databricks is great. If you're looking for a comfy relaxed job then Databricks isn't right for you.
