I always say that Databricks feels like Google, Pivotal and Salesforce had a baby kid that went to MIT. It’s jam packed of incredible smart and talented people, with outstanding pedigree’s, that collaborate while being focused on executing with conviction toward customer success.
Cons
It’s a high performing place that rewards people for doing outstanding work. You won’t want to hide, nor will be able to shy away from delivering outstanding solutions and services to our customers, we are obsessed and relentless.
