Pros
I love the culture proposed by Databricks for its employees, the company has grown exponentially, but even so, we see that the cultural aspect has been maintained, which is fundamental for its success. The team is highly proactive and they play together a lot.
Cons
I feel that the incentive for non-US teams needs to be reviewed. We have a lot of room to grow in territories outside the US, and if the company improves actions or creates actions similar to what is done in the US, in these other regions as well, the impact will be extremely positive for Databricks' business.
