      Absolut fantastic company, with great products and amazing employees. Love working in this true collaborative environment, with super smart people and a very supportive environment. Currently definitely the place to be.

      Cons

      Some processes are lacking behind the fast growing pace of Databricks. But would say it is complaining on a very high level.
