Pros

Good product Certain teams are great to work with, but again highly team-dependent Forkable lunches and monthly fitness stipend

Cons

Politically-driven environment where advancement is based more on office politics. The sales team generally (highest levels are good, but RVPs and below could use work) is the most entitled group I've ever encountered (having worked in both startups and FAANG), consistently pushing unnecessary extra work onto other teams while they do little else but complain about feedback time. They escalate trivial issues to senior leadership at the drop of a hat, creating unneeded chaos. The company's chances of going public in the next few years are slim despite its size, and the "unlimited PTO" policy is iffy — you’ll fight for any time off and be made to feel guilty by your departmental heads if you take more than a few weeks. Constant weekend and evening work that contributes to serious burnout impacting both your professional and personal life. If you're looking for balance or a healthy work culture, look elsewhere.

Pros

- great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

Cons

- comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
