Pros
Company hiring the best will continue outperform itself overtime. That's my experience with Databricks, It is a great workplace with tons of perks and enjoyable & friendly working environment. The leadership is transparent and down to earth, they listen and react. The platform is so powerful and contains full arsenal of tools to support several use cases.
Cons
Company still in early phases of maturity, there are some gaps that can be improved especially in intra organisational communications.
