- Image on social media is ALL fabricated - 3 awful Quarters in a row, reps are starving and only making their salary - PIP's are common if you are not bringing deals in within 8-9 months - Sales cycles are 18-24 months not 9 months - Tool is a nice to have especially in this economy - No strong partnership with Data Lake providers like they say there is, these Software companies are pushing competitors - Many of the reps have low-self esteem due to company culture - Engineers are like robots, conduct demo from a script and often talk behind your back - Expect to have 2-3 team calls per week - so many meetings a waste of time - The messaging and value propositioning is confusing that even customers are confused - Toxic on all levels, working at Dataiku will cost you money!!!
