We agree that our focus needs to be oriented towards our customers, and you would have heard this message reinforced at our company kick offs earlier this year. We aim to deliver the best possible product experience to our customers.
We have invested - and continue to invest - significantly in training to enable our managers, both new and experienced, to be as impactful as possible with their teams. We have built and delivered a broad and tailored offering with a focus on core skills including feedback, 121s, coaching skills and prioritization. However, we also know that managing people is not always easy, and so we encourage open and honest feedback between all Dataikers and their People Business Partner if they feel there is an opportunity for us, or their manager, to improve.
