With regard to your comment regarding the culture, company culture is an ever changing element and Dataiku's will continue to be influenced by many things. We encourage all Dataikers to share how they're feeling through our regular engagement surveys, with their Manager or with our Culture team, in order to shape the company culture into the future. Likewise, there are many reasons why turnover can change over time, particularly as a company evolves from start-up to scale-up.
We have made and continue to make significant investments in our compensation infrastructure to ensure we offer competitive compensation and benefits globally. We also have a strong focus on developing trainings to enable our managers, both new and experienced, to be as impactful as possible with their teams.
Finally, we regularly evaluate our structure and teams, and make the necessary changes to ensure we are operating with focus and efficiency. At times this may mean choosing to pause hiring for certain roles or, in some cases, making the difficult decision to remove certain roles from the business. Decisions to adjust our workforce are never taken lightly and always with the future needs of the business in mind.
