Pros
Very welcoming team from the outset. From the interview, to the setting you up as a new employee, to your first day is all handled very efficiently and professionally. Even the most Senior members of the team make the effort to welcome you. Delarue also has a great working environment with flexible working hours and hybrid working.
Cons
The onboarding takes quite a long time as there are a few more Employment checks that are performed by Delarue compared to most companies. However, this is understandable due to the nature of the business.
