      Pros

      Good people to work with, some lazy however just collecting a paycheck, while others work hard.

      Cons

      Poor and ever changing management. Don't understand the business, nor how to treat people. They talk a good game of culture and values, but don't believe what you hear.

      Amazing heritage, incredible industry and products.

      All the re-structuring that eventually ended in the sale of the business really affected the morale.
