Pros
In the beginning of employment (2005) the management at DH focused on teamwork, and came down from there offices to help when needed. Great bunch to work with and for.
Cons
New management is younger, inexperienced, immature, and systematically has pushed out anyone who does not hold a Bachelors Degree. It does not even have to pertain to the job, just as long as you can prove you are a BS.
