Pros
Kind friendly staff. Doing good, if patchy, work in various areas. Lots of opportunities to get involved with extra-curricular options.
Cons
No organisation - you are completely dependent on which partner adopts you. Most partners are not interested in team-building but in feathering their own nests. They are not interested in engaging with the team. IT is antiquated. Zero flex in terms of pay, promotion and flexible working to deviate from the US diktats. You are unlikely to do 1800+ hours which is fine unless you want to progress - partnership requires high billings.
