Pros
Overall is a very pleasant working atmosphere, benefits are very good but insurance is somewhat convoluted to understand. Programs are in place to educate employees, but seem to be counter intuitive to work schedule.
Cons
Company spends mass resources on CRM, but ignores store associates who have the greatest contact with customers. It is very difficult to advance in the buddy system within the company. There is more of a revolving door syndrome than advancement. Company does not provide employment incentives for continuing education.
