      Great assessment products - although no real R&D in the recent years.

      Cons

      Unidimensional strategy and self-serving senior leadership. Regional leadership is not aligned or lacks capability to drive business growth. Do no practice what they preach.

      None. This is a TERRIBLE company.

      Cons

      Their name has the word "Development" in it but they do not believe in developing their own employees. If you don't hit the ground running, you are immediately terminated.
