-Nice office -Good holiday allowance -Good visibility over how the company is doing
Cons
-Horrible culture with very few perks -Inexperienced management - apparently most are promoted without any previous management experience -Unequal pay between people in the same role with the same level of experience -Long working hours -Certain Senior management are incredibly arrogant and rude -If you dont agree with what is happening then you will be pushed out -The coronavirus situation was used as an excuse to strategically move people on and management think that no one has realised this even though everyone at the office talks. It makes me feel very unsure about the future of my role -Everything takes a huge amount of time to be approved/discussed by management - not a fast acting company
