Extremely unsupportive environment - Anonymous employee Digitas Employee Review

Middle management is not kind to their juniors. I'm very unmotivated and feel like ONLY my mistakes are ever taken into account and my successes don't even matter. It's an endless cycle of feeling bad about yourself and it translating into work. I really can't express how toxic this environment is.
