      Pros

      Great people, who truly are dedicated and want to do a good job. Benefits package is excellent and competitive. Salaries meet or exceed averages.

      Cons

      Big egos and some power hungry senior staff. Be prepared for a lack of concise direction, infighting and disagreements across teams plus a ton of back-stabbing from folks at all levels - who are simply trying to prove they belong. Little leadership + no process = complete chaos. Old school tactics. Limited use of technology that would make them efficient.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
