      Pros

      - interesting and wide range of clients - good culture - a lot of holidays off and generous vacation - on the cutting edge of all things digital

      Cons

      - pay below market value - need a good manager to help you get promoted - can get stuck on an account for a long time - long term health insurance is a gap in benefits - a little company politics with NA CEO; very focused on self and to get ahead he will do it at the expense of other people's careers

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
