      Digitas has a great company culture and really motivated and collaborative employees. Everyone cares a lot about the work and are very inspirational. Awesome vacation time.

      It's difficult to work your way up.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
