Pros
Big clients. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very flexible working hours and able to work from home when needed and agreed with PMs.
Cons
Up to 2 years ago it used to be the best digital agency in Shoreditch but now that several other agencies are doing much better and are also cheaper, LBi is no longer shining. Quality software is not always achieved because of predominant presence of careless contractors, so there is no continuity in approaches and knowledge. Technology directors and head of department are too often preferring their "old friends" when it's up to promotions. 2 months notice period sucks.
