Not worth it - Account Manager Digitas Employee Review

Forced to work in office 90% of time despite role advertised as hybrid, and senior managers working remotely most of the time. Expected to answer work calls out of hours and whilst on annual leave as "no one else could cover these parts" however comparatively lovely salary and minimal raises were justified as the role "wasn't senior/specialised" enough.
