      Pros

      I had a great time at Digitas! My client was a bit problematic, but Digitas itself had great transparency, benefits, and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Because the company is so massive, it can feel like your voice is never heard beyond your immediate team. I would bring complaints to my managers, and they would tell me that they have the same complaints. So it felt like voicing concerns never really went anywhere.

      Pros

      Like most hold co's - its all dependent on your team, but the people on my team are genuinely kind and smart folks. Plus its Publicis owned, so business is actively being won

      Cons

      Classic agency stuff, overworked with many 50+ hour weeks. Publicis' current model is to understaff instead of layoff, so basically every team could use another person. Client has a ton of issues which is not on Digitas at all but does impact the experience.
