Where to start.. The pay that you start off at is decent but do not expect any raises at all no matter how many times you ask. DirectBuy does not appreciate its employees. This place is all about the money. Employees are always being asked how the company can better itself or what they can do for us, but it seems to go in one ear and out the other as nothing has changed or improved, everything has remained the same or is worse. There is no room to grow, degrees do not matter. Training system is bad. Some employees are being underpaid, while new employees with no experience are hired in at higher rates than what most people with great experience get paid. You can be fired at any point in time, no matter how great of an employee you can be or have been. You lose vacation/pto days every time you are sick, or call off in an emergency and then you are granted a point. When you call the TLs with questions they either do not pick up the call or have no idea what the answer would be. I could go on, but its really not worth the time and effort if there is no change.
