Pros
The recruitment process was very smooth, in all interviews I felt comfortable and at ease with recruiters, managers and teams that were involved. The company cares about the employee and they give you everything you need so you just need to worry about doing your job.
Cons
At first, the sheer amount of information can be a little overwhelming. But that’s normal, especially if you’ve never worked at a tech company before.
