    The CTO was fired months ago and the new management style has become too anarchical.
    The company has grown too fast and is not adapting to the new situation .
    Good professionals are leaving the company.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to all the opinions and points of view, the direction that is taking the company is not the proper one, and people seem to be frightened to talk

    you own your time. there is always someone to help you when you are in need. communication between peers of different levels in the company. opportunity to grow. motivation is part of our everyday job life.

    If you want to be challenged, develop lots of skill, have contact with the best professionals in the world and grow fast, Docplanner is the right place.

    Cons

    If you are not mature and prepared to work in this kind of environment, you won't do it.

    The working that has been in the last year is AMAZING, the team keeps solid and the growth shows us we are doing the right thing.

    From my point of view, working os Doctoralia/Docplanner is helping me to accept a new way of company. And of course, a new and much more "light" way of working.

    Pros

    - start-up atmosphere
    - modern stack, yet a lot of challenges and problems to solve and learn from
    - great, open-minded people, no one is judging, you can be yourself
    - great office

    Cons

    - sometimes chaotic, but most of the time we know what we are doing ;)
    - compensations could be higher, especially for the most engaged people

    - company growth means opportunities to learn and advance
    - significant company size means diversity of tasks, teams and experiences
    - multinational company with several offices provides opportunity for travel, but only if you want it
    - flexible hours and work location

    - office feels a bit empty at times, lacks liveliness

    Don't forget about developing middle management
