- The hiring process is long and not easy, but it's really worth it. - You work with amazing people and cross-functional teams: POs, UX researcher, product analyst, UX/UI designers, Content designers and devs. - We have a lot of ownership and responsibility. - We define and create the product strategy together. Decisions are not Top-Down or defined by executives. - You have room to work with all the departments, not just with product: Product Marketing Managers, Support, Operations... - The company really care about people. It's not just marketing. - Flexible hours and fully remote work if you want to. Also hybrid. - Growing very fast so super challenging
Cons
I don't have big CONS as, after more than a year, I continue in love with the company, the people and the mission. The only CON that I could mention is also what I consider a PRO: we are growing very fast and it could be difficult and lack of structured at some point, but it's a challenge and totally normal.
