Mess, politics, lack of meaning, leadership, structure - Anonymous DocPlanner Employee Review

- mess, lack of structure - disorganised company with plenty people doing same/similar things - lack of ownership - over half of the company is simply unprofessional, feels like a bunch of college students working on a case study assignment; all leading to uninspiring/demotivating work environment; i.e. colleagues practice “ghosting” - lack of leadership, direction/vision/clarity - company culture inexistent, company values are not felt/experiences through the work (in fact, company values are probably just written somewhere on a website, but not even remembered by the employees)
