Projects to harmonize multiple IT systems are on hold for undetermined period of time. HR policy in terms of vacation time is very inflexible. Management doesn't encourage feedback if it's not in line with what they expect. They are trying too hard to please the upper level and not takingenough care of their subordinates. But shouldn't it be vise versa, since it's your employees that make you a stronger leader?
