      Good pay and benefits. Hardly pollutes due to the Mill not being able to run.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor communication. No leadership. Union is weak, does not fight for unionized employees.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
