      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Weekly bonuses up to $6/hr worked for attendance, shift differential, and production. Most coworkers get along well and communication is excellent

      Cons

      Management focuses on the wrong issues most of the time.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
