      Pros

      Challenge of doing something with nothing. The company gives you lots of rope but you can quickly hang yourself with that samer rope.

      Cons

      Long, long hours of work expected due to vacancies in organization. Remaining few are expected to pick up the slack. Slow to respond to Job vacancies. General state of the forest industry is partially to blame for situation here.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
