Pros

Ad Verification is needed by all advertisers and booming. There are only 2 true competitors (Moat, IAS). You learn a ton here about the digital landscape and the knowledge you learn here can be taken other places. They have a great training program for new hires also led by some extremely smart folks. They have a fully stocked kitchen and provide lunch every wed, unlimited PTO(at manager's call and you can't abuse it), and have cool parties. The company is doing so well! The money was/is also good!

Cons

PEOPLE . Senior management is toxic. Managers are just drones spreading the management culture down to the teams micro managing. Hours are long, even if you do great work if you look to leave early it's shunned upon. Very much a clock watching culture, which is fine if you don't have a family. Performance reviews are hard, you need to really suck up and do well above your job to get a promotion. If you are in one of the inner circles you possibly can overcome this. The biggest con is fear for doing something wrong vs. being rewarded when you do well. You will always be spoken to but not praised the other way. Its a two way street. There are also people who have made critical mistakes who have been promoted for reasons outside of client work which is pretty messed up.

Pros

I have many peers at this company who I value tremendously

Cons

I'm quite confused about all of the recent positive reviews and it feels fake to me. The culture and benefits have been been deteriorating here for awhile now with nothing to make up for it. Most recently they took away our equity refreshers, which I guess wasn't a huge benefit anyway with the consistently declining stock price. Senior management is extremely toxic and does not care about their employees. I find it upsetting and confusing that our head of HR is considered a remote employee per Workday yet they are monitoring our office attendance. Practice what you preach. I mean, from what I can see on LinkedIn and conversations there is a ton of turnover suddenly in the Finance department so maybe they know something we don't know? I could truly go on for hours but I wouldn't recommend working here anymore. Strong, smart, and capable employees are not valued or taken care of and people (including leadership) seem to be jumping ship.
