Worked here 4-5 days a week while studying 3 days Good team environment Good support for student chefs gave me fair amount of responsibility Good clean kitchen with strong work ethic

Had some difficulties with direct supervisior Overblown box ticking for HACCP normally wouldn't mind but felt that relabelling everything in the walk ins and freezers every 2-3 days so nothing was dated more than 3 days was dangerous,
