We are sorry to hear that your experience with the Doyle Collection has not been a positive one. As an employer of choice, this is painful to hear and will always do what we can to ensure our team leave with a positive memory of their time with us.
While you may have left not feeling that anybody cared, I can assure you that our senior teams do genuinely care and appreciate all the work that goes into every role at the hotel.
You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better.
The only way we can improve is by hearing feedback about where we can improve, so feel free to contact your former HR Manager or GM directly.
