Pros

Worked at Doyle Collection in most of their property, i can strongly say that it is one of the best companies i have worked for. Strong leadership from CEO and sharp vision from Chairwomen All the hotels i have worked offered the following. Free staff meal Free Laundry Great Health care (Washington Branch) Good salary Regular in-house trainings. The Doyle collection structure is helping develop individual growth within the company. Management identify strong candidates and nurture them rapidly.

Cons

There are a lot of cons to add but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. I focus only on the positive and conclude that Pressure makes Diamond. If you cannot control your time management, work efficiency and be the best version of yourself each day, then you might struggle. it is a company that needs you to be constantly ready.

Pros

I really enjoy all the activities and festivities the do for employees from theme celebrations, ice cream trucks and children’s party for the employees children. Besides that the hotel has had many accolades and good atmosphere and it’s feels like everyone is like minded. Good benefits, close to metro and other perks are very nice.

Cons

Management can sometimes not be at the same channel and there are some miscommunication issues, some benefits could be better like hybrid schedules and complementary hotel stays. Lockers can be improved.

Pros

Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.
