Pros

-Great WFM culture and benefits package -Decent pay for call center -Great stepping stone if you want to get your foot in the door in the industry

Cons

-No room for growth -Metric focused but data reporting can be inaccurate -Questionable setup up their ITSM platform, can be difficult to navigate due to this. -Poor management, no clear direction or vision for their support center or streamlined training. Massively outdated internal knowledge base that can be hard for new hires to navigate -Information/tools needed to be successful can be hard to locate due to being "tribal knowledge", can be hard to be successful due to work place politics and neoptism.

Pros

Work from home culture creates nice work from home balance. Great atmosphere and you do not feel micromanaged and pressured. Great team to support you when you have questions.

Cons

Started when understaffed, so training was cut short and had to really learn on the fly. Changes can happen with short notice, but that is expected in this business.
