Over working shift leaders and team members like slave store managers and assistant managers does not pull any weight and district managers always complain about everything while every year they get a big bonus shift leaders and team members get nothing for all the heavy lifting and work and you lose your life to this job scheduling sucks because they sometimes schedule you 7 days straight with long hours plus they worry about the internal theft more than external theft thrives steal left and right in my store Threatening staff members more because they don't wanna hire any kind of security so that can save money for their bonuses
