Pros
Can be accommodating to schedule, especially if you're in school. Good place to get you're feet wet, gain some experience and move on to better.
Cons
They pay well below average compared to other places. For example most tech get pay around $17/hour whiles most hospitals pay employees over $30/hour. You do alot of work for little pay. Most locations are under staff, management can't hire more because the store and pharmacy are not making the target margins
