      Pros

      Some interesting people work here and benefits are good, but pricey.

      Cons

      There is a "you're replacable" attitude that is conveyed in many ways. Days off are scant, comparatively, and resources are few. You pay considerably for parking and benefits. The RIF killed morale in a big way.
