Pros
Phenomenal company to work for. Everyone is down to earth, approachable, and generally very pleasant to be around. Management/HR listens to concerns & takes the necessary corrective actions. Can't say enough good things about the CEO. He is a great guy that truly cares about the people that work for him and will take the time to help you with your job/career. His door is always open for anyone in the company to go talk to him. What you put into your job is what you will get out of it. If you work hard, make improvements to the company, and bring a positive outlook/behavior, you will be rewarded. On the flip side, if you are lazy, have a poor attitude, and are not a team player, you probably will not last very long.
Cons
Like any growing company, there are always areas within each segment for improvement.
