Everyone is genuinely willing to go above and beyond for each other. There is a lot of room for professional growth and development.

Not a lot of overtime opportunities, but it's nice not working weekends.

Got the opportunity to work on various projects for aircraft modifications that made me previously excited to come to the office everyday. Additionally, the people there are supportive and caring for one another.

Management treat their employees like cannon fodder through layoffs, but still continues to hire employees that fit their erratic direction. Former employees being laid off that has been with the company for 10+ years. Poor handling of layoffs where those who were laid off late 2025 were given no severance package and those in early 2026 were given severance package.
