      Pros

      It is slightly better to work at Dynamic Aviation than it is to be unemployed. It is easy to commiserate with other employees. Payroll is fairly dependable. Uniform allowance covers the purchase of approximately 2 shirts and 2 trousers. Vast parking area.

      Cons

      Inefficient processes. Archaic maintenance tracking systems. Inconsistent implementation/enforcement of company policy. Higher than advertised cost of living. Impenetrable "good ol' boy" network.

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely willing to go above and beyond for each other. There is a lot of room for professional growth and development.

      Cons

      Not a lot of overtime opportunities, but it's nice not working weekends.

      Any reviews you see here are from HR and management trying to push their numbers up since this place is in free fall from bad management and bad decisions. I'm only writing a review because I heard someone mention they were tasked with making fake reviews to boost their numbers.
