Upper management is so worried about keeping their own jobs that they forget that they only look good because of the people working for them. There are several admins, but not in the right positions. The sites are extremely overstaffed without the back office support that is needed. Everyone wears so many hats that no one knows who is in charge of what. You really feel like a number there instead of an employee or family. EON tries to act like "big business" like a GE, but they are not even close to being big enough or have things in place like a GE.
