After years of troubled and unclear paths recently they significantly refocused their business with now clearer and more credible objectives and an environment that seems more promising for development.
Cons
Major crisis of authenticity and relevance of strategy and a highly hypocritical employer brand attitude left its marks,paired with rigid , anti- innovation, selfpreserving, unresponsive and hypocritical attitude of top management resulted in exodus of intelligent talent 4-5 years ago. Company starts now to rebuild its employer brand again.
