Pros
ECC is an employee owned company with an entrepreneurial spirit. The company is fairly small compared to our competitors and has a caring family feel. ECC is growing, so there are lots of opportunities for the right people. They offer challening work, the opportunity to work on lots of different projects and increase knowledge. Great group of people to work with, smart, supportive, creative group. We work hard, but the rewards are worth it, such as 100% company paid medical and dental premiums, ESOP and 401k. Employees have an IP bonus plan which is paid out yearly. The training opportunities are many and if you like to travel there are lots of opportunities to do so.
Cons
Because the company is smaller sometimes it's hard to keep up with how fast we are growing. Not as well reconized (yet) as some of our larger competitors.
